International Terminal Expansion at Houston International Airport

Architect: HOK
Installer: Binswanger Glass
Location: Houston, TX

This expansion at the international terminal offered travelers a grand entrance featuring a 40-foot structural clear span with no intermediary support. This project showcased VS1's seamless ability to be scaled according to the scope of work by varying the mullion profile depth depending on the facade's height. The VS1 mullion shape was kept the same regardless of depth to maintain visual consistency.

Installation is nearing completion, and the terminal is set to open in 2025. The success of the VS1 production, fulfillment of design goals, and overall quality servicing led to VS1 being recommended for the terminal B project.
