The Innovation Glass team supports implementation of VS1 with a broad array of preconstruction and post-award services. Foremost, we partner with the world’s leading extruders to push the largest dies on the market. From there, we deliver fully fabricated and finished VS1 systems to the jobsite, allowing the installers to immediately begin curtain wall assembly. No field fabrication is required—all machining is done at our facility in Hammonton, NJ. Finishing, whether paint or powder coat, is completed by iG prior to delivery.

iG is also composed of world class engineers capable of working through the most difficult facade challenges. We have licensed engineers in all 50 states who stamp our structural calculations during project execution. Other areas of our expertise include pushing the limits of structural clear spans, thermal efficiency optimization, large missile impact resistance, seismic movement accommodations, bomb-blast engineering, and acoustic studies.
