Ritten House Renovation

Architect: Digsau
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

VS1 was used for three facade conditions in the renovation and redesign of the lobby area between two 1960s apartment buildings. A super transparent VS1 lobby wall welcomes residents to the building, and flanking the entrance are fitness and multipurpose spaces encased by sloping VS1 walls. The lobby and parts of the adjacent facades utilize our standard 5”-deep mullion; the varied height walls use 8” and 10”-deep mullions reaching a maximum span of 22 feet. The VS1 facades have no horizontals, and all the bays are 5 feet wide.
